A Fun and Supportive Environment

At CrossFit 557, we are excited to offer a women's only bootcamp class designed for all fitness levels. This 60-minute class runs twice a week and is limited to just 10 women, ensuring a close-knit, supportive group.

Details

  • 10-week session (20 classes)
  • Starts: September 29th
  • Ends: December 11th
  • Days: Mondays and Thursdays
  • Time: 10:45am to 11:45am.
  • Cost: $399 for the 10 week session
  • What's included:
    •  An electronic version of the CrossFit 557 recipe book
    • An InBody scan at week 1
    • Repeat InBody scan at week 6 with a one-on-one goal-setting session
    • A copy of The New Menopause by Mary Claire Haver, MD

In each class, you'll enjoy a mix of exercises, including running, rowing, weight training, and more. We emphasize safety and skill, providing warm-ups, strength training, and conditioning that keeps you engaged and motivated throughout the session.
